Terms of Sale

1. Seller

2. Product and price

My Calm Pack sells one digital product: the audiobook “A Child's Calm After Separation” (32 chapters, about 1 hr 40 min). The price is shown in euros and is the final price payable. The seller is not registered for VAT.

3. Order and payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed by email.

4. Delivery of the digital content

This is digital content with no physical delivery. Supply begins immediately after successful payment: your personal activation code is sent to the email address you gave at checkout, normally within a few minutes. Online listening access lasts 6 months from activation. Your personal access code can be used again throughout the access period to sign in on another device. If you lose access, write to us and we will restore it.

5. Immediate supply and the 14-day right of withdrawal

Before paying you must tick a required box confirming two things: (a) you expressly request that we begin supplying the digital content immediately, without waiting for the 14-day withdrawal period to end, and (b) you acknowledge that, once supply has begun, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for this digital content (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)). We record this consent with your order and confirm it in your order email.

If we have not yet begun supply — for example, payment went through but no activation code has been issued — your 14-day right of withdrawal still applies in full and we refund you completely on request.

6. Faults and refunds

Your statutory rights for defective digital content are unaffected. If a chapter will not play, the code does not work, or the content is not as described, write to us: we restore access or refund you. See Refunds for details.

7. Complaints and contact

Send questions and complaints to info@mycalmpack.com. We reply on business days, normally within 2 business days.

8. Nature of the content

The audiobook is everyday support for parents. It is not therapy, a medical service, or a psychologist's consultation.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumers keep the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
