What we process

• Order data: name, email, order contents, payment status. Basis: performance of the contract.
• Invoice data: billing details when an invoice is requested. Basis: legal obligation.
• Audiobook access: activation code, activation date, listening sessions. Basis: performance of the contract.
• Messages you send us through the contact form. Basis: legitimate interest in replying.
• Newsletter: your email, only if you consented. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Statistics: anonymous website usage events, without your name and without a precise IP address.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe. We receive only the payment status and the last details needed for accounting — never your full card number.

How long we keep it

Order and accounting data for as long as the law requires. Correspondence up to 2 years. Consent-based data until you withdraw consent.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the shop: hosting and database, email delivery, payment processing. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Write to info@mycalmpack.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
