Delivery

This is digital content only — there is nothing to ship. Supply begins immediately after successful payment: your personal activation code arrives by email, normally within a few minutes. Access to online listening lasts 6 months from the moment you activate the code. Your personal access code can be used again throughout the access period to sign in on another device.

Immediate supply and the 14-day right of withdrawal

At checkout you give a required, explicit consent that we begin supplying the digital content immediately and you acknowledge that, once supply has begun, your 14-day right of withdrawal for this digital content ends (EU Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16(m)).

• Supply has not begun yet (payment received but no activation code issued): your 14-day right of withdrawal applies in full — email us with your order number and we refund you completely.
• Supply has begun (activation code sent to you): the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies, because you asked for immediate access and acknowledged this before paying.
• Something is wrong with the product: your statutory rights remain. If a chapter will not play, the code does not work, or the audiobook is not as described, write to us — we restore access or, if we cannot, refund you.
• Duplicate or mistaken payment: we refund it in full.

Refunds go back to the same card used for payment, normally within 5 business days of approval.
